How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. We currently ship within the United States only.
Is shipping free?
Yes. All orders include free standard shipping, whether you're on the 3-Month Supply or Monthly Supply plan.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry about that. Please email us at support@glpguardian.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Manage Subscription page, or by emailing us at support@glpguardian.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip your next delivery through the Manage Subscription portal. You can also email us at support@glpguardian.com and we'll take care of it.
How do I change my shipping address?

Can I switch between the Monthly and 3-Month plan?
Yes. You can change your subscription plan through the Manage Subscription portal, or email us and we'll make the switch for you.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 365 days from your most recent order to request a refund. Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund (not all orders over time). To start a return, please email us at support@glpguardian.com for instructions.
